One of our beds was broken and there were no other rooms available that would accommodate 4 people so we had to shimmy it to make it stay up.
The pool was small & too cold to swim in. The pool was advertised as being heated. Our kids were so disappointed. The whole drive they talked about swimming in the pool but didn’t get to because of the condition of the pool. The pool room was cold with fans blowing. There was no hot tub. Pictures are way different online then how it actually looks and feels.
The walls and ceilings in the hotel were falling apart. The hotel halls felt dark, dingy and dirty.
They needed more waffle makers like other hotels have. They had just one. There was a long long line the whole breakfast that we waited in for way to long while the rest of our party finished eating. They ran out of drink cups, apple juice syrup and chocolate waffle mix.
A lamp flickered in our room. We thought it might short out so we had to keep our kids away. The alarm clock made a constant weird noise so we had to unplug it.
We will not return and are already telling others not to go just because it’s close to the zoo. We will stay further away to stay at a nice place. The whole stay felt gross and we couldn’t wait to get home, shower and be in our own clean beds.

Stayed here before and I WILL always stay here! Rachel went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfy. She had us laughing from before we even opened the front door until after we ate. Any issues we had, she made it perfect within minutes! She's GREAT!!!
