Incredibly relaxing - clean - great staff

We stayed there Nov. 9 and arrived after a long trip.
The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We were given a suite which are wonderful rooms. The room was immaculate and well stocked with coffee and bottles of water. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast (included) was very satisfying. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and can't wait to return. Hats off to the great staff!!

Very nice accommodation, and excellent service

A friend and I stayed two nights here, on our road trip around New England. On checking in, we were told that two busloads of guests were arriving (which we thought would mean we'd be downgraded) ... much to our delight, we were upgraded to suites, for no extra cost. We felt very pampered, and enjoyed the extra touches of chocolates and maple syrup in our suites.
The breakfasts, included in the room rates, were excellent - good variety and choice, and plenty of seats and tables, even with busloads of guests staying. We enjoyed the cookies and drinks on offer in the lobby every night (it was our first experience of hot apple cider - lovely!), and the apples we were encouraged to take, to snack on each day. Not huge gestures, but thoughtful, and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.
