We stayed here during the Albuquerque Balloon Festival and were able to walk to and from the event. It was an easy 35 minute walk with no traffic or parking worries. Staff at the hotel were the most friendly and helpful. They were attentive to every request and genuinely engaged. I had called and spoke with Ben, the Manager, several weeks before the event and he was super helpful with all my questions. Most impressive was the breakfast service during the event. It was hot and ready at 4:30AM and we were able to grab and go hot burritos and other items specially prepared to accommodate visitors to this event. Clean rooms, well appointed. Also worth noting is that the fireworks and balloons are visible right from the hotel.

Room had rodent droppings in the bathroom and in the bed. Unfortunately, didnt see it until after we woke up. During the night the bathroom sink filled with sewage, and again in the morning. It overflowed onto the floor. The pictures are NOT accurate, no laundry facilities. The rest should be condemed.
