This is a 4-4.5 star hotel because of its service and decor. The manager helped us park the car cuz one of us had recent knee surgery and the other one couldn’t drive. The food was good too. However the beds weren’t that comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean

My company is putting me here for 6 total weeks starting in July. Horror story of a place! Not clean at all! Lipstick stains and random hair found on bed when I checked in the first week. Third week (now) has a tissue paper in between the sheets and comforter when I checked in. Clean? I think not! When I complained i was given sheets to change the bedding myself! Second day, bed was made. I go and check...tissue paper still there. I’ve been bringing my own sheets and towels since the second week. Talk about a joke! I was not left ANY towels on my first week’s third day in. When I complained, i was told that the hotel has a certain amount of total towels in the hotel and if people take them, they can’t replace them quickly. I was basically told you’re SOL. Do not come here! If you do, it’s at your own risk! I’ve complained to my company, but apparently, it’s not disgusting enough!
