Hotel is clean and quiet! Staff is respectful and helpful! Breakfast is good, fresh, hot and had great variety (omelets, pancakes, cereal, coffee, juices, yogurt, pastries, etc...). Shelion is very helpful during breakfast!

Be sure to try the "fun cake" pancake machine!

We stayed two nights here, the room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and we thought no more about the hotel. Until on Sunday night the toilet backed up and overflowed! The front desk had a maintenance man to our room within 10 minutes and he spent about 1/2 an hour unclogging the toilet and cleaning up the mess - he even emptied the wastebaskets and brought us new towels. Unfortunately we didn't get his name, but this experience makes us happy we stayed in a Best Western. Please know that we appreciate the staff member and the prompt attention. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
