Refused room.

This location of the chain is a bad mark on the brand. We checked in, walked into the room, the sofa was shabby and badly stained. There was an (unmentionable) bodily fluid stain on the bedspread. The toilet seat was scratched and badly worn. We took photos and went to the desk. They didn't seem at all surprised, which was even more unsettling. We told them the room was totally unacceptable. They pulled the CC charge. We found a much nicer place at a lower cost. This place needs a bulldozer to scrape it off the face of the earth. Disgusted.

Average - No Fitness Center

I checked in and the service was very good. It was very odd to me that they did not have a fitness center. I got a king suite and the room was very large. The hotel is old and the layout was odd. I would have rated it 2 stars except the breakfast was above average.
