Sadly seems to be going downhill

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn and suggested it needed a refresh then....now, we would suggest it be downgraded to a Quality Inn (or less). This last visit we experienced the following: No working wifi, no housekeeping service - we were there for 2 nights and our bed did not even get made, a large King Suite, but the bathroom was cramped and everything was old and stained. We rely on Choice Hotels to grade their hotels accordingly.....this one should not be graded as a Comfort Inn unless some immediate improvements happen.

Worst anniversary getaway ever

Our usual hotel was booked up so we chose to book a King Suite here instead. We expected a nice weekend but upon arrival we found the carpet had tons of pulls in it, the room hadn’t been vacuumed (crumbs everywhere), and when we went to get into bed there was a tissue in the sheets. The desk clerk offered to bring us new bedding but couldn’t change the bedding for us because he’s not a housekeeper. No actual apology was given for the state of our room.

Upon check in we weren’t informed of the breakfast times so we had to look it up ourselves.

Not the nice getaway we were hoping for and will never stay here again.
