For what it is, it's great. We enjoyed the hot tub, the 5-7 pm snack (Monday to Thursdays only) and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was also excellent.
While I'd love to give it 4.5 stars, that's not an option so I can only give it 4 stars. The one thing I didn't like was that I was with a traveler who has some mobility issues and having never stayed at C'mon Inn before, I didn't realize it had no elevators (it's only two floors and I didn't know that either). When I asked if it was possible to switch our room to something on the main floor, I was told that was possible for an additional $20 a night.
I asked my companion and she declined. Our choice.
Except that the place was maybe 1/3 full. It's not like the place was packed and no other rooms were available.
In the end, it was fine and she did the stairs with only slight difficulty. I would still recommend the place.

We stayed here twice in June while flying in to / out of the airport in Fargo. The hotel seems very quiet - like there were very few guests there. Met our needs, price was reasonable. The lobby / atrium area was very well done with wood / log beams. Just seems a little odd that we felt like we were there alone.
