This past stay, unfortunately, reminded me of how noisy the rooms could be at CQ WTC. I had an experience that mirrored some of the previous times I stayed here. Late night activities from Inconsiderate neighboring guests and banging of doors that late (mid-night to 3:00a in the morning) could easily spoil your sleep. The walls are very thin and transmit noise easily and the room doors bang with every open and shut. Also, due to closely packed rooms on each floor with the narrow corridors, noise is amplified. The staff are very courteous and the hotel is clean. Its location is very convenient if you business in lower Manhattan. The amenities are also good. It's just the noise, especially if you're a light sleeper

Rooms are clean and offer everything you need. Did not hear any noise from neighbors or in the halls. Very cordial happy hour - an extra nice offering were the snacks available in the first floor lounge.
