After 10 days of strenuous hiking of the Great Wall of China my husband and I spent a very relaxing week at Club Med Guilin. What a zen experience! The property is on the former site of a sculpture park with over 150 statues made by artists from all over the world. The team there had so much energy and they made us feel very special. Olivier , chef du village was always present, ever smiling and full of energy. Jennifer from the US (bookings and events) went out of her way to made sure we had a good experience. She taught us Mahjong and even asked if we wanted to go to Guilin with her one day so we could visit the wood carving street which I wanted to do. Devi from the bar was very kind and attentive and Dee was such a joy to talk to. Kudos to Tonky head of excursions who made our trip to the Impressions show possible.
All in all a wonderful holiday. Thank you to all the staff.
