Good conference hotel

The hotel is conveniently located and comfortable. It is large. I attended a conference, and all seemed to flow well. The issues I had seemed to be with the conference organizers and not with the hotel. There is a free shuttle.

We didn’t stay here- but service was awesome - let me explain.

We had a pre-dawn flight but didn’t want to board our animals any longer than we had to, so opted for parking here to catch our flight. The folks waiting for the shuttle to the airport said they had been waiting a while - when the shuttle showed up- my husband was parking the car- and driver wouldn’t wait- it’s not like we weren’t right there. So he left without us. Literally minutes later another shuttle comes by and could not have been nicer- didn’t make us wait and got us to the airport right away, knowing we were anxious about missing the first shuttle. The lady driving wore a few hats at that hotel doing multiple jobs- but she understood customer service!!!
