We stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience. This time, however, wasn't that good. The biggest problem we had was that we ran out of hot water. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that was a known issue in some rooms... so why book those rooms until the problem is fixed?!? (Additionally, the bathroom smelled like smoke for some reason).
To their credit, they did move us to a different room. Technically it was an upgrade to a king suite... but the pullout sofa bed was terrible. The mattress was flimsy and a metal bar running down the middle made it terribly uncomfortable for my poor kid. We had to throw a comforter (from the old room) over the top to make it even usable.
The bed mattresses were very firm, which I guess some people like, but sleep was tough. It's also surprising to not have HD tv these days, so note that if that matters to you.
All in all, I was just really disappointed my kid had to take a cold shower after a cold, rainy soccer game. To be honest, they should've reduced our rate or something, but it is what it is.

We selected this place because most people had good things to say. The very reason we didn't stay across the street. The wall paper was hanging off all except 1 wall. There was mold on the ceiling. Peeling paint. Would not recommend. Would stay across the street for a fraction of the price.
