We reserved our room thru the Branson Tourist Center, and were led to believe that the hotel had an onsite restaurant including prime rib and steaks, and a lounge for after hour relaxation. Both of those features have been closed since November 2018 according to the Clarion staff.

We were told at one point by the hostess that there was no evening hotel staff except the person at the front desk.

To be fair, the beds and sheets were soft. The room was large. The hot tubs were clean, but broken (every one of the water jets had air holes so the bubbles came straight up and soaked the floor).

I was disappointed in the hotel, which set the tone for our entire Branson trip. My review might have been higher if I had wanted a hotel that did not include a restaurant and lounge, but those were important to us and we were disappointed.

We have stayed in this hotel every year when we come to Branson. Got here and the sheets in my bed had not been changed & there were crumbs in the bed - it was late at night, so we informed the front desk the next morning. They got it fixed and were very apologetic about it. Hotel room itself is not as clean as we are used to - little things like wiping toothpaste off the sink, etc. Staff are nice but it is not the same as it was. Not sure what the new owner is doing but the vibe here is not the same....
