THE SHUTTLE HAS HOURS THAT CHANGE AT THE DROP OF A HAT, We did get to use it once BUSH GARDENS and back.
WE needed extra pillows and asked the housekeeper, she told me to call Front Desk.
THE PHONE DID NOT WORK (at the conference center?).....................
its the little things that make it happen

To be frank.. we try to look at a parking lot and drive around the property before we book..
The hotel itself and room was clean and well taken care of. The bed and pillows are comfortable and we saw no evidence of critter residence in the room.
Checkin was efficient... but our room was not the king suite as supposed to be... it was just a king room facing the pool and honestly, I would have preferred the parking lot.
Breakfast was good yet the ticket to a restaurant made me expect more than the normal prefab... QI breakfast..
It was also split so it would be easy to think all they had was waffles..
We almost didnt book here because of the parking lot and shrub maintenance.
Managment, please walk around and look at this.. Hire someone to keep the parking lot, smoking areas and surrounding shrubs... If you have someone,.. Hire someone to take care of those areas.. especially the smoking area outside door 5.. old bits are all over. The pool area looks great.. except the buts around the perimeter..
Heated pool???
That is misleading.. IT WAS COLD! but pretty and well cared for..
Coffee well not great in the room.. I was spoiled at westwind..
If you are looking at the area and a pool is not important.. westwind next door.. is my choice hands down.
I paid the same for both but when I tried to book the 2nd night at westwind it was $45 more..
We were tired at checkin and they may have made the room change but I didnt ask.. I did however let them know at checkout about the parking lot and smoking area needing attention..
The room is clean and comfortable, we slept well, the proximity to Busch Gardens is great and that was important to us.
These two hotels were the best I could find close to Busch Gardens.. We looked at several... and several we wouldn't feel comfortable parking our car at night but this area seemed safe.
