My wife and I had a wonderful 6 night stay at The Clarence in Dublin. We were surprised and thrilled to learn that our room had been upgraded. Our room was terrific, quite spacious and had a view of the river Liffey. The staff is fabulous, everyone was very helpful, kind and courteous. The hotel is immaculate and the location is great for sightseeing in Dublin. The Clarence is a great place to stay and we are grateful for their kindness.

We used the Clarence as our home-base for a week in Dublin. This was an ideal location within immediate walking distance of all of Temple Bar, moderate walking distance to Trinity College and Museums and other notable Dublin site seeing destinations. The light rail station to travel out of the city was also easily accessible.
The hotel is well maintained and low key. We appreciated the excellent water pressure, nice closets and king size bed.
