Looking for a unique, family-friendly place to stay near Badlands National Park? Plan a night or two at the Circle View Guest Ranch. Here, your family will get to experience what it’s like to live on a family-run, working cattle ranch. Families can meet and feed the free-range chickens, go horseback riding, go hiking (there are 3,000 acres to explore), and sit around a bonfire at night. In the morning, fuel up on the ranch’s hearty, home-cooked (and complimentary) breakfast before heading out.
The intimate property has just nine accommodations. Room 9 (a suite) offers a kitchenette (though a shared kitchen is available to all guests). Room 6 is fun for families of four, with a queen bed and bunk beds.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Badlands. Excellent accommodations - very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. A working ranch. Very easy access to the park. Great views. One evening we brought dinner back and sat on the back porch watching a thunderstorm roll in from miles away. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the park.

Our family of six stayed here for 1 night in September 2019 on our way to see Mount Rushmore. And our stay was excellent. Amy and her family is so warm and welcoming. My brother and sister-in-law really enjoyed watching the milky way at night. My mom loved the breakfast. Boomer, their collie mix, even lead my parents for their morning walk. And they mailed back my dad's glasses, he dropped them in the room. Now that is service. You will love it here!
