Overview

This is a family owned and operated 1950’s retro motel under new ownership since May 2016. All rooms are ground level with parking right outside your door. There is a laundry facility on the property. Pet-friendly rooms are available ($10 per pet, per night). There is complimentary Wi-Fi that has recently been upgraded. All rooms have A/C units, cable TV, fridge and microwave. The rooms can be rented nightly or weekly. There are queen beds in all rooms.

Great Retro Motel

A great little motel, close to everything, clean and comfortable. Right next to a dispensary, a little further up the road a great brewpub and a short bike (provided) ride to the downtown area along the Arkansas River. Good value. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice improvements since last visit

Re-visited this motel after staying at other local motels for the past several years. I was pleased with the improvements in decor and cleanliness. Super friendly service as well. Also surprisingly quiet for the highway location.
