We were here for a high school reunion and they were very accommodative

This was an advanced high school reunion recently and they did a great job of accommodating a large group and serving a really delicious banquet; actually we were all very impressed with the quality of the dinner (chicken, steak or salmon). The arrangement had been made 6 months in advance and Amanda was easy and helpful to work with. They gave us a group rate and the accommodations were very nice. They have at 11 passenger van which they are willing to provide to take people to nearby locations including the Morton Arboretum in Lisle. We would recommend them to others.

Not Impressed

Came for a wedding. No safe or refrigerator in the room. If you wanted a refrigerator you could order one. The hotel had a shuttle service to our wedding venue, but the front desk forgot to inform us. The pool area looked nice but the floor was so slippery, I caution everyone when uses it. No free coffee in the lobby, but there was a Starbucks. Not impressed for a Marriott hotel. Glasses and partially emptied food plates left in the halls for days. It was newer and clean, but beyond that very disappointing.
