We had room 4 for three nights. Check in was easy, the room was great at first glimpse-large, very clean, well appointed. Tv didn’t work first night, no big deal. No screen on the first floor window so I wasn’t comfortable leaving it open all night, so it got hot and stuffy in the bedroom. Still, we were happy with the room. Couple things you need to know if you come here. The coffee pot in the kitchenette is one of those tiny ones that uses the coffee pods (not a Keurig, more a Mister Coffee). You can’t buy refills or filters for this at the local store. There are no kitchen towels or paper towels, so tough to wash dishes, though there is a dishwasher. The biggest issue for me was there is no maid service! So more resupply, no cleaning, and no garbage removal. I’ve never experienced this before. So you decide: good location, reasonable price (especially for this area in the summer), biggish rooms, clean, minimalist management.

This hotel is small but has really good rates!

The only complaint (minor) that I have is their cancellation policy. To avoid penalty you have to cancel 7+ days before stay. I can understand this during the busy summer season but it seems unreasonable during the winter months.

The room we were in was nothing fancy and needs some updating but it was probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever been in. The location is perfect if you want to walk to Manson. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
