Overview

This sophisticated property opened in 2007 and features spacious rooms and suites, onsite dining, an indoor swimming pool and a slew of amenities. Classic and deluxe rooms, of which there are 136, afford views of the city or the neighboring botanical garden. Unfortunately these rooms only accommodate two adults. The same is said for the introductory suites. However, if traveling with teens who can have their own room, the property is lovely and features comfortable beds and furnishings. For families traveling with smaller children, two-bedroom suites are available to sleep four with two king beds or one king and two single beds. Guests with these rooms enjoy free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free in-house movies, free in-suite mini bars, and even free limo service between the hotel and the airport.

two days business trip

Very very nice hotel. Rooms are perfect, comfortable and clean. Spa area perfect.
Location is very good, 10 min walk to heart of the city. View from the room is amazing.
Breakfast is very good, but on a second day of my stay the personal were completely lost and unorganized. I was waiting ordered fried eggs for twenty minutes and eventually gave up. On contrary the service day before was bespoken. one more little thing that ruined the perfect feeling was that room service did not change or refill the bathroom amenities on the second day of my stay. Pity because everything else was perfect. The price is on the higher end but overall impression is that I would gladly come again.

Great hotel

The Charles Hotel is located in a park like setting close to all the attractions as well as within walking distance to the train station. The rooms are well appointed and the service is wonderful. All in all this hotel is perfect! I can highly recommend The Charles to anyone without hesitation!
