My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights. Both nights there was a school trip of middle schoolers I believe that stayed on our floor. Both nights the children ran down the hall, beat on the walls opposite of us and stood outside our door talking late into the night. On the first night I called the front desk and they did nothing. I brushed it off Hopi the next night would be different. The last night we stayed we had to get up extremely early and drive 10 hours away to go home. Again they beat in the walls, screamed down the hall and ran up and down the hallway on the luggage carts. I called the front desk THREE times and they did nothing. We couldn’t sleep and had to leave at 11 at night because there was no point in laying in bed listening to that all night. Absolutely horrible customer service staff did nothing to solve the problem will never stay here again.

My husband and I took our family (2 Rooms) for Halloweekends. Our grandkids loved the water park. The hotel was clean and the front desk was very nice. Water park was not crowded like the others in the area. My son & daughter in-law liked it so much that they said, I could keep the Cedar Point tickets next time.
