We had a lovely time at The Casablanca Hotel. We were unhappy with our Airbnb and happened upon this hotel by chance. Matty at the front desk was fantastic - she showed us around and we booked a ground floor room with a view of the ocean from our palapa. We were there in September and it was HOT! The air conditioning in the bedroom was delightful. We enjoyed having the pool and the short walk to the beach where lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided. There are restaurants near by and the main town is a short 10 minute walk. Jesus (Chewy) the maintenance man was also very friendly and helpful. Our room was thoughtfully cleaned everyday by Lauren. I would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 just spent a week at this wonderful hotel. This is a small, quiet, family-friendly place, outside the hustle and bustle of the center of town - just what we were looking for. Casablanca is so beautiful and serene. It is every bit as lush and gorgeous as it looks in the photos with rooms that are tasteful, tranquil and comfy. We stayed in the suites, not the house, so we were able to use the shared pool which was absolutely lovely - a mix of sunny and shady spots all day long, as well as plenty of privacy. I could go on and on about how special the hotel looks and feels, but what is truly outstanding about this hotel is the service. Every interaction (from the initial to emails to check-out), with every staff member we encountered, was pleasant and attentive. They went above and beyond to help us book excursion and make us feel right at home. They are clearly aiming for excellence and delivering.
