Having returned from a week long stay here felt must make a review. We stayed in 402 which was lovely gulf view and well appointed. The mattress needs replacing as every time you moved or got in or out of bed it creaked. This became very annoying after a while. The location is spot on for peace and relaxation however, for our first 3 days that was ruined by 3 families with children The noise from the pool was horrendous and could even be heard in our unit. We had to put tv on to drown it out. On one occasion the kids were in and out of bedrooms and doors banging. They are heavy doors. We felt had to go out to avoid them. Parental control minimum. Kids are expected to have fun but parents should consider other guests with noise. If we wanted to use pool it was out of question. Yes, we did complain to management who said they would monitor it So word of warning avoid school holidays as this can happen. Yes, we have stayed before with children on vacation and not been a problem. The staff here are lovely and always want to please. We had no problems with bugs maybe time of year ? Good value for money.

Had a great time but kitchen was full of little black sugar ants. Finally got the office to send someone to spray and they said they would come back and put out bait traps but never did. Office staff has changed and not quite as helpful as the old staff was.
