First a hotel in 1888, the Casa Monica is part of the National Historic Hotels of America. Recently renovated, the hotel maintains its ornate Moroccan fill. Of the hotel’s 138 standard guest rooms, guests will find free Wi-Fi, Bose sound systems, and CDs. Premium rooms are just a little larger. Eight One-Bedroom Suites are available overlooking the historic district of St. Augustine. These offer pullout sofas in the living rooms, as well as mini-fridges, microwaves and dining area. Five Signature Suites provide more amenities and flair, such as the St. Francis Suite, a two=story two-bedroom suite. For all-day dining, Casa Monica’s Costa Brave offers a Mediterranean menu for breakfast through dinner, while families can grab lite bites at the Café Cordova, with pizza, sandwiches, salads, breakfast pastries and soups. Guests of the Casa Monica receive complimentary access to Serenata Beach Club, an exclusive and private beach club located in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Our bridge group wanted a St Augustine get away and we chose the Casa Monica. It is a beautifully appointed hotel. The staff are personable and just seemed so happy! Eager to please. Rooms are lovely and it is spotless. Location is perfect. Kudos to Brittany in the bar. She made our day so fun! Overall, our stay for all of us was FABULOUS! Thank you Casa Monica!!!!

First time to stay at this resort, very nice and comfortable, feels like home, nice bar, and within walking distance of pretty much everything, wish they had bikes to rent in the hotel. Very nice gifts in the hotel but very pricey.
