Conveniently located in walking distance to most of Cusco's attractions including the Plaza de Armas and many good restaurants. Excellent included breakfast buffet. Clean modern rooms in good repair.
Only drawback was the WiFi in our guest room was very poor - the lobby and restaurant area was fine. Also noted that the mattress, as was the case in much of Peru, was rather hard compared to what we are used to elsewhere.

They have some very quaint, nice additions to the property which all guests will enjoy. Coca and other teas, a nice fireplace in the lobby. For the most part the staff are exceptional. When discord ensues do not be surprised if staff are not empowered to keep the guest happy. Room was cold and near the stairwell (Noise and light were problematic). The proximity to the main square and accessibility were pluses.
