We have stayed at Seapoint many times during the past three years. Every employee responds immediately to guest requests whether it is help with the computer, tending to the room, suggesting activities, etc. Joshua at the front desk, and Donald and Oscar on duty in maintenance could not have been more attentive and patient. The text message response the team uses always gets timely action. As far as activities: the Temecula wine tour that picks you up at the door was lovely. Last year the small boat cruise allowed us to see hundreds of dolphins.
The environment here is comfortable and welcoming.

The area is quiet, with ocean views and magnificent sunsets. At night you can hear the surf from your patio.

All of the staff is friendly. We arrived late and Brant checked us in, giving us clear instructions about the garage to make everything smooth.

We called to have the safe battery replaced. Donald the maintenance supervisor came up to fix it, then noticed some carpet that needed repair so he did that, then showed us how to operate som other equipment.

They give a nice orientation each week to go over events at the resort, and have a great local map highlighting stores and restaurants, many with discounts for resort guests.
