This family-owned and operated, year-round hotel is located a few minutes from Hyannis in Cape Cod. All of the 116 guestrooms feature a mini-fridge and bathtub in the bathrooms. A microwave for guest use can be found in the lobby. Connecting rooms are available, but no cribs are available. However, rollaway beds are available for a $10 fee.

Standard Guestroom
The standard guestrooms feature two queen beds and a small table and chairs.

Deluxe Guestroom
The deluxe guestrooms are larger than the standard and feature two queen beds, along with a sleeper sofa, coffee table and table and chairs. The deluxe guestrooms feature a patio, as well.

Family Suite Guestroom
As the name says, these two-bedroom suites are ideal for families. One bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom features two queen beds and a sleeper sofa can be found in the separate living room area. Two televisions can also be found in the family suites.

Indoor Pool
The large indoor pool, which has a depth between 3 and 6 feet, is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. A small kiddie pool is also nearby and has a depth of just six inches for younger kids. Lounge chairs surround the pool deck, along with tables and chairs, and pool towels are provided. In the off-season, the hotel shows dive-in movies at the indoor pool and kids will love watching a family-friendly movie while splashing in the pool. A whirlpool can be found here.

Outdoor Pool
The large outdoor pool, with a depth of about 3 to 5 feet, is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pool deck is surrounded by lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. There is also a cabana bar that serves cocktails and lunch. Poolside entertainment, such as music and trivia, will also keep things fun at the outdoor pool.

Game Room
Kids will love the video game room with vintage arcade games and Ping-Pong table.

Koi Pond
A large koi pond and waterfall can be found in the lobby. Kids can check out the large fish up close or look down on them from the second story atrium. The hotel does ask that guests please don't throw coins into the pond for the fish safety.

Cape Point Cafe
The breakfast café is open from about 7 to 11 a.m. every day for an additional cost. The chef serves classic breakfasts of eggs, pancakes and French toast. While the café only serves breakfast, they can accommodate in advance requests for lunches or dinners for groups.

Cooking
Coffee and tea are available in the lobby area all day, along with a microwave for guest use. An outdoor patio with a BBQ and tables and chairs are available for guests to use, as well. The hotel is happy to provide cooking supplies for the grill.

Getting There
Cape Point Hotel is located in the town of West Yarmouth on Cape Cod and is less than 10 minutes to Hyannis. It is about an hour and 40 minutes to Logan International Airport in Boston and about one hour to Provincetown.

Getting Around
Families will need a vehicle when staying at Cape Point Hotel. The ferry boats to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are about 10 minutes away.

An adults-only swim is available each night at the indoor pool from 10 to 11 p.m.

Sauna
Adults will love to relax in one of the two saunas that can be found in the indoor pool area.

Loft Lounge
Adults will love to catch the game while enjoying a beer at the Sport's Loft Lounge that overlooks the indoor pool. A bar and tables can be found in the upstairs loft, along with a widescreen TV. Children are welcome. The lounge is open seven days a week in July and August and only on Friday and Saturday in the off-season.
