My stay was awesome mainly due to the kindness, hospitality, and professionalism extended by, Brittany! She was super friendly and accommodating. As soon as I walked in the door she was attentive to my needs; for example, we were rushing to make it to a service, after driving six hours, so I ran in to check-in and I had an empty Taco Bell bag in my hand and she said, "Let me put that in the trash for you. " Not only this, she noticed that I had a 5 year old with me and saw that my room was small so she gave me a bigger room and I didn't even ask her. After this she told me about some fabulous restaurants in the area and gave me a coupon! Brittany you are amazing! Your kindness is genuine!

hotel front desk Brittany said she would check with maid and call me back about cell phone charger left plugged into lamp. instead of brittany calling me back a hotel staff who cleaned my room kept my charger and did not return it. going to cost me 40 bucks to replace. also had a harley davidson with glass packs revving outside my room window at 4am. if u want a good night of sleep and to not have your belongings stolen i do not eecommend staying here ever. Update on 9/23/19. mngt emailed me and was unwilling to do anything about this. he just cited that his hotel keeps good records of items left behind. im sure someone who steals doesnt leave a record behind. he should be counting how many people have what i have had happen and correlate it to the thief.
