First impression was that things are a bit dated. Paint, tile grout, fixtures, etc. could use a little attention, especially as the rate was fairly expensive for a small city like Roswell. We were given a handicap accessible room, which we had not asked for, but still okay. We had also noticed the toilet seat was up when we entered, which always makes us wonder if the toilet was cleaned BUT when my husband pulled down the bedsheets there was what appeared to be poop smeared on them. Yuck! Disgusting! The front desk got us moved, but our comfort level is not the same. We originally had a King 1 bedroom suite reserved, and were moved to a 2 queen standard room. While we were given a lower rate it was only after I asked. Will probably never be in Roswell again, as we're from out-of-state, and if I were I'd probably stay at another chain simply based on our experience tonight. The cleaning oversight may just be a fluke but not having clean sheets is unacceptable.

I booked this Hotel as we were halfway through our trip and needed to do some laundry and Candlewood has the great bonus of FREE LAUNDRY! Love it! Short wait for a open machine and I was rolling. And everyone was very respectful of other guests. No breakfast, but not a big deal, we just grabbed a egg biscuit from wacarnolds.
I would recommend this Hotel, Especially to anyone looking to get some laundry done without having to do the quarters thing.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visitors drop me off in Roswell.
