Worst IHG property I’ve stayed at

I spend 140+ nights a year in hotels across AL, MS and TN. This one was awful. Room smelled so bad (like a wet dog) I went and bought air freshener. Everything is old and dirty. The air in the second floor hallway has leaked into the carpet and it looked like mold was growing in it. Not a good location either. Would not stay here again.

Needs updating badly .. I would give this hotel a bad rating, but, the cleanliness and how friendly the staff were carries them. That being said, hotel infrastructure needs improvement in a bad way .. why did my sofa seat have a cover?... the shower was breaking apart ... not to mention.. was the AC outlet approved how it was on the ground?
