Hidden on a 157-acre area in a private canyon in Napa Valley is this rustic, yet upscale resort. Guests of the ranch can enjoy on-property hiking trails, adult and family resort pools with services and amenities, dining at the resort’s lakefront restaurant, and regular classes and activities for adults and kids alike. The pet-friendly property provides kids’ activities like nature explorations, cooking classes and art classes, while on the resort there is also biking, bocce ball and other fun.

Accommodations at the ranch are private guest lodges. Deluxe Lodges, the most standard, can only accommodate two people, but the one- and two-bedroom lodges are ideal for families. These provide separate bedrooms and living space starting at 1,200 square feet in size. Two-bedroom lodges can sleep up to five, as can the Estate Lodge, which is 2,400 square feet and extremely private.
