terrible service took money out of my account with no prior warning. 2 weeks before stay even though I chose the option to pay at property. they said they are holding it till I get there then I could choose how to pay!! absolutely ridiculous and now they won't give me my money back even though I have cancelled with free cancellation. couldn't even get in touch with them they never answer the phone had to do it through booking.com! terrible customer service

I stayed here with my girl while visiting Venice for a short break & the location is amazing, so close to Rialto station, Grand Canal & St Mark's Square. overall amazing spot to relax and enjoy the city.
