The little place is in a beautiful setting. The new owners are working hard to update and improve. If you are looking for a reasonably priced spot this is it for an extended stay. New beds and clean. Not luxury...but has the basics.

The area has so much to do, with Petosky and Gaylord just a half hour away...and there are local resturants within walking distance that have great food.

we rented a room as an extended stay with the understanding that we would not be there for the first week or so of the period we'd paid for the room seemed ok when we rented it however when we actually stayed in it it smelled like dirty feet/socks,bad enough to make you step back.It didn't smell this way when we rented it. The owner(s) stated Hmmn, don't know what that could be, maybe its the odor from the stand pipe on the roof cleaned the place used disinfectant and carpet fresh, vacuumed it and seemed to help, left returned several hours later, still stunk.
