This classic boutique-style hotel sits on the bank of the Chena River in downtown Fairbanks. Ideal for a small family, their double queen rooms are spacious and comfortable. Be sure to ask for a room on the top floor for wonderful views of the river. Every room includes a small refrigerator and coffeemaker, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. A free breakfast buffet is served each morning, and there’s always free coffee available in the lobby. Other amenities include laundry service and free shuttle service.
The Bridgewater Hotel is within walking distance of most of the downtown area. On the streets immediately around the hotel are restaurants serving BBQ, Greek, Italian and Alaskan cuisine. Fairbanks is a great place to walk. You can take a historic downtown tour or stroll leisurely along the riverwalk. A few miles to the west is Pioneer Park, the family-friendly theme park that highlights the history of Alaska through museums, steam trains, a huge playground, and an authentic old gold rush town. Also along the Chena River is the Riverboat Discovery, a giant sternwheeler that offers a thrilling three-hour cruise. The Bridgewater Hotel, with its convenient downtown location and friendly staff, is a great place for your family to stay during your family vacation to Fairbanks.

If you are looking for a clean, quaint hotel, this is the place! Newly remodeled, it was small but cozy! Loved the staff, they were helpful and friendly! They have laundry facilities and it was very clean!

Our family party of 6 stayed for a week and have no complaints. Every staff member we met were polite and gracious. Our room was clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept on. The hotel is downtown so we walked every day to breakfast and around town. I loved being able to open the window at night and having the cold crisp air to sleep by. And upon leaving we had a spotless laundry room to bring home clean clothes. When back in Fairbanks we're definitely staying there again! A great stay! Thanks everyone for making our accommodations no less than perfect!
