The Breakers Hotel & Suites provides budget-friendly accommodations in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The hotel is situated just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, so you don’t have to worry about lugging beach gear and kids to the sand and surf. You don’t have to worry about lugging all your gear to the hotel when packing for your vacation, either — the hotel provides complimentary beach chairs during the summer months. Other perks including an indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast buffet (summer) and off-street parking.

All guestrooms feature balconies; 67 of the units offer private balconies overlooking Lake Gerar. The hotel also offers a Two-Bedroom Suite that sleeps up to eight guests.

A very nice place to stay

The Breakers is an older hotel in a super location and that is maintained very well. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is the best you will find. Rooms are quite large but the bathrooms are very small. No room to store items on the bathroom vanity. Would definitely stay again.

Nicely Renovated Hotel

Quick overnight stay in late September. Nicely renovated hotel with spacious rooms and thoughtful touches. (LOVED the FREE Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby) 2-3 blocks from the beach on a quiet street. All rooms have balconies and there is a VERY nice rooftop pool and sunroom. Free full breakfast also included.

***My only complaint was we were not able to get a late checkout. (even 1 hour) We stayed on a Sunday in the off season so not understanding why no latitude regarding this request.

Still, I would definitely stay here again.
