We are the "travelling romantics" and we have stayed at many five star hotels in the states and in Europe. The level of service in the Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa was equal; to or superior than some of the five star hotels that we have stayed at worldwide. The food in the Dining Room was delicious and the service was superb. We were treated with outstanding care throughout our stay and it made this stay a 5 star experience. We stayed in a room with a fireplace that we found to be wonderfully warm and cozy and the view to the mountains and the trees was great. We highly recommend the Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa for your next vacation.

I had my wedding there on October 31, 2019. My wedding was on a weekday and very non traditional.
I had a small wedding of about 64 people but it was perfect. One of the main reasons it was so perfect was because of the staff at this resort.
From Brent, our bellman that drove us everywhere on property any time we wanted. He was so flexible with us and he got soaked tracking myself and my bridesmaids to our various events.
They were able to schedule a massage for myself and my now husband, then do my hair and makeup.
I even forgot my extensions and Brent went and got them from my room for me and brought them to the spa.
The lady who did my hair and makeup was perfect. I am a little picky about my makeup because I don't like a really HEAVY look and she was perfect. She listened to everything I wanted and I looked amazing.
The actual wedding venue got rained out and the staff had to reset the space multiple times due to the rain. An hour before my event, we had to move the reception inside.
At 2:00 the Ballroom, which was saved as a backup thanks to my wonderful wedding planner, was blank and empty. By 2:30 it was fully set. Centerpieces and everything. It was AMAZING!!!
THe staff carted all my guests through the rain to my ceremony.
The serving staff was amazing. My husband, halfway joking and halfway serious, asked the server that every time you see my drink halfway empty, I need a new one. The server, Alyssa, was ON IT. Dennis the bartender remembered my favorite drink and had one ready for me everytime.
The food was amazing. They provided gluten free pasta for my mother, and in her words, "ITS AMAZING" alot of time gluten free stuff is OK at best.
The next morning at Breakfast, Samantha remembered us and congratulated us on site. Shannon asked what we wanted to eat, I am pretty sure they were closing, and My husband requested Eggs Benedict. She immediately went to the kitchen and brought it to him, no questions asked.
My whole wedding was amazing!!! I 100% recommend this place to EVERYONE and ANYONE.
Thank you
