most visits to my daughter and her family we stay here.. it's close and not super expensive (nothing is cheap in season). No pool or other fancy amenities, but in nice weather there is seating outside each room as well as a comfy chair and small table inside each one.. More than meets out needs- clean, good service, comfy beds and plenty of room to relax and not drive each other crazy. Plenty of hot water for showers, and friendly staff in the perfect location. If you aren't familiar with the area- quaint downtown with shopping and lots of restaurants.. in the summer there is live music weekly... and not far from so much more- so a good central location for a visit. I just got back from what I think was the 5th or 6th stay there in the last few years..

We found the Boyne City Motel on line and spent one night there. The manager was awesome and very helpful. She is definitely on top of the local scene and very knowledgeable about all the restaurants. The facility was nice and clean and seemed like a great value. I would recommend this place.
