Great place to stay . Walking distance from the Historical District and Park. Nice indoor pool and we had a good time in the game room also. The Service was great if we needed something for the room they got it for use. We had a two bedroom tow bath full Kitchen and living room.

Second stay at this property as Bluegreen Gold level owners. It was just as nice as our first stay, but better because we got stay for a week, instead of just two nights.

We had a one bedroom unit (2217 in Building 2000) this trip. Very spacious for the two of us. Clean and quiet. Full kitchen with a good size farm table and all the place settings and utensils needed to fix meals in the room. Also had a dishwasher and a Washer & Dryer in the room. Bathroom was huge, with dual sinks and a very spacious shower (no tub). Bed was comfortable and the room could be keep dark enough for daytime naps. Enough storage space for the two of us and an in-room safe for valuables.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We did attend an Owners Update and did not get the typical "hard sell". "EJ" actually provided valuable information on better ways to utilize the points we already had, rather than just trying to sell us more. The Sales Manager did try a final attempt before we left, but easily took "No" for an answer. (We are very happy with our ownership, and may upgrade in the future, but now is not the time.)

Conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg and within easy driving distance to Jamestown and Yorktown sites; as well as the many parks and attractions. We are birdwatchers, and there are many great birding sites nearby. We saw a Bald Eagle perched across the street several mornings!

The heated, indoor, salt water pool was not as warm or as clean as we remembered from our last trip, two years ago. It was getting used by many more guests than last trip, so that might have something to do with it. We still made very good use of it after our morning excursions.
