Visited the Blue Lagoon a couple of times in the past, and have always wanted to stay at the Silica Hotel. So arranged a short break to Iceland and came with my wife’s sister and brother in law, as they had always wanted to visit a Iceland.

We spent 4 nights in Hella, and booked a night at the Silica, before our return flight home. The resort is well thought out, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and friendly and I highly recommend paying that little extra if you are able to stay here if you can afford it.

My girlfriend surprised me with a stay at your hotel and this experience was unbelieveable. The service exceeded our expectations. María answered our Email right away and Sara was super smiley and welcoming during our stay. We highly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the private hotel lagoon. A premium entrance for the Blue Lagoon is included during your stay, which was definitely worth it. It is pricey, but a very special and romantic experience. We highly recommend it.
