For several years, we come to Blue Harbor for our family Christmas get away (in November). We always request 4 rooms (2 directly across from the other 2). The reservations system can NEVER get it right. We call several times ahead of time, and email Blue Harbor. We even tell them the room #s we want, and we always make the reservation a year in advance. They can never get our request correct. We always have had problems. I can't understand why, and they will never give me a reason why, other than requests are not guaranteed. We even call the day before. WHY can't we ever have an easy and correct check in???
The kids have fun at the water park. It is clean and seems to have a good number of life guards.

The hotel itself is nice, but we found the service VERY poor. Check in was 4pm but we had to sit in our car in the parking lot with FIVE boys and wait for a phone that never came. My wife finally went back in at 4:40pm and had to make a fuss to get our room. When we checked out there was a $41 charge that said snack bar. When my wife questioned the charge they said that we charged food to our room which was not true. When my wife contested the inaccurate charge she was spoke to as if she were lying.
