Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was ok, in our first day the WiFi was not working, and we really needed to be connected to deal with things from our vacation in Bali, one of the receptionist call someone to fix it, he did, but half hour later, the power went off, after about 10 minutes it was back on, but the WiFi was off again, went to the reception only to be informed that the maintenance guy left, so it was not possible to be fixed that day and that he lives far from the hotel ( I miss the part where that’s my problem) and they told us we could use the WiFi from reception, so, to solve few things we did hang at reception for few minutes b4 explore town. The room was outdated but had amazing views, the restaurant was also good, food was great , friendly staff, the spa was great we had a massage each day and was just great. Basically the hotel needs to improve the costumers service , receptionist weren’t helpful, they didn’t provide assistance during our stay, even after, coz the receipt they said was going to be sent to my email.. I’m still waiting, would I stay in this hotel again? I don’t think so.
