Bill & Mary at the Birch Ridge Inn deserve 5 stars simply because they maintain their excellent guest services in the most difficult of circumstances. Despite a power outage in the middle of the night due to recent bad weather & power lines being down Mary prepared a full cooked breakfast, as well as making sure guests had emergency lighting & water. Truly awesome! Hope the power company now have you back up & running!

An enjoyable stay!

We stayed 5 nights in room 2 (the Antique Lace). Mary and Bill were very helpful and both have a great sense of humor. We enjoyed the fine dining offered in the restaurant. The included breakfast was all that we needed before starting out for our daily hike.
