Family weekend

We just had our second weekend stay at Birch Cliff Lodge ... and ... without a doubt we will return !!!
The clean updated cottages are rustic and cozy and the Property is well maintained ... plus ... the staff make you top priority and almost nothing is impossible.... just ask !!!
We used the dining room to host a dinner prepared by .. Alice’s Pantry in Bancroft .. for my family ... the dining room overlooks the lake and it was spectacular...
We enjoy the views and relaxed zen like atmosphere when we are there and are making plans for another weekend in the future ....
I would encourage anyone to go to the lodge for as long as they could stay ... I can honestly say you will not be disappointed !!!!

Beautiful Birch Cliff Lodge

I was fortunate to secure accommodation here. It was during the off season, just before the "rush". The property is very well maintained. I saw a groundskeeper raking the sand on the beach. This is a cottage resort with camping available onsite. All the cabins are rustic in appearance, but come complete with all the modern necessities. Wifi, fast and reliable, is also included. There are options for fishing and boating, and all the outdoor recreational activities you would expect, like smores around the campfire. The property is located close to Bancroft, ON, so shopping and dining options are only minutes away. The staff were all professional and courteous. It is best to secure reservations during the off season. I was informed that this resort was fully booked for the entire summer. However, there is still an opportunity in the Spring and Fall. If you find yourself thinking about some place to stay close to Bancroft, ON and on the water front, then I would recommend the Birch Cliff Lodge.
