Let me start by saying we've said everything to management already and it takes a lot to get us to that point...
This place is outdated and the actual hotel is disgusting. Crumbs and hair in the pull out sofa. Wrong room booked with no offer to accommodate other than put us in a downgraded room. 5 adults and 4 kids in 2 beds and a nasty pull out... The walls are PAPER thin. It literally sounded like a herd of elephants were above us at 11:30 p.m.. Again, super helpful with 4 kids trying to sleep.
The actual water park is in need of a little updating but in general was decent. Fast slides and attentive staff. I'd suggest a life guard in the buccaneer cove area as the kids got a little wild. Overall, I'd consider a day pass in the future for the park but would NEVER stay at the hotel again. In comparison to other water parks- your money is better spent elsewhere.

Booked a last minute getaway to this resort and was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of my stay. I found the prices for their rooms and packages to be very reasonable even on the holiday weekend that I went. It was, as expected, packed with families and children but the hotel guest only hours at the beggining and end of each day at the waterpark were an excellend way to combat the crowds. Two adults with no children had a great time visiting the waterpark, playing in the arcade, and we took advantage of the package that included tickets to Shotz mini golf and laser tag. We had one minor issue where the TV in our room was broken and the friendly and helpful staff immediately got a new one to our room without issue. Prices were very reasonable and we found a great value in everything we did. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone bringing kids or even a couple of "big kids" looking for a fun getaway at a family-style resort.
