Really impressed

This is a lovely hotel. Rooms are a good size and really comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and very professional. The food in the restaurant is lovely, as is the breakfast. Would highly recommend a visit.

Illuminations visit

Stayed one night whilst visiting the illuminations. Check in was easy, reception were very helpful and we were able to get in the room and park. Stayed on a one night dinner bed and breakfast. Room was good spacious and clean. TV and playstation in the bunk bed area were a bit old. Hired a game but it didn't work. That area could do with updating. Evening meal was nice,service was a bit slow even though there was alot of staff. Fire alarm went off at about 2 in the morning only for a few minutes but woke us all up. Felt breakfast was a bit of a rugby scrum. Would be better if tea /coffee was brought to the table as its quite dangerous when people are walking round with hot drinks when there was so many children. Breakfast was good but ran out of stuff quite quickly. Very good stay good location.
