We selected the Betsy Hotel- B Bar for a private dining event for 20 people. It did not disappoint. It was the PERFECT venue. Miguel was our host for the night and provided top level service. Our glasses were never empty, the food was amazing and the Betsy Team helped create an event that will not be forgotten. In addition, Bertha and Julie helped with all the predinner planning. Again, nothing but the best service. They were able to customize an event specifically for our needs. For anyone interested in a private dining event in South Beach, look here first! Thank you Miguel, Julie and Bertha!!! I hope to visit again some day.

I'm confused how this hotel has such great reviews. The lobby is nice and the room was fine. The bed was very comfortable, but the room was a bit small. It had nice amenities (a ceiling fan!) and products. I think the service at the hotel left a bit to be desired however. The pool is small and on the roof with a pretty mediocre view of the tops of buildings. When we could only find chairs far from the service station, we were barely served and the server asked us to "flag him" so that he didn't have to walk all the way down to us. The beach has no service at all, you can't order any drinks or food and when we got to the beach, we had to wait 20 mins for towels. The restaurant wasn't great and I just don't understand why there are so many 5 star reviews. Would not stay again, there are so many more hotels with way better service in Miami.
