Good location, staff helpful

Stayed here for one night while we came to watch a show and sightsee. Hotel is a good location, it was very clean and staff were very helpful. Like the photos of London throughout the hotel. Woke up to the nice smell of breakfast.

Affordable but won't return

Good location. 10min walk from Victoria station and theatres.

We were given a ground floor room which was very small. We had almost no rooms to walk around the bed if we laid our luggages on the floor. The infrastructure were very old too and having shower quickly made the room humid.
