When we returned from a wedding the entire hotel smelled like marijuana. We went to the night manager and she offered another room on a different floor. But the entire hotel smelled and had quite a few young adults walking around swearing. We were not going to stay there. I asked for a refund. But the night manager said I reserved via a third party buy she would let them know our issue when they call. I called the third party and they were not helpful and said when they spoke to the night manager the manager told them she offered another room. She did not tell them about the entire hotel smelling of marijuana. She lied. I was very unhappy and have yet to receive a refund.

So they took the time to revamp the hotel and put nice beds/furniture/televisions BUT they did a poor job in the bathroom and used drop down ceilings, the molding between the tile floor and carpet was cut poorly. The breakfast was pathetic and don't even get me started with the loud slamming of the side door when guest leave. Yes you may have only had four rooms check out but if they make multiple trips to their car how many times does that door slam at 6:30am. If you stay here don't expect much and asked to be on the second floor BUT they have no elevator.
