We had a room on the second floor. (Only 2 floors and they have an elevator) The room was very warm when we first walked in so we set the A/C and left for our tour of the local distillery. When we got back it was nice and cool, but the A/C made a noise and when we switched to heat it still made a noise; so, we ran just the fan all night and it was comfortable. The king bed was comfortable. Plenty of space, with a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The TV was a little bothersome to work and the Aspect Ratio was not working quite right, but we managed. The bathroom was well equipped with towels and the shower was nice and hot with good pressure. Small complaint that the fridge did not come with a freezer - we always bring a cooler with ice pack. Breakfast was good and they have cookies daily when you check in. We would stay again when in the area!

After taking a swim in the pool, where we had to wait 40 minutes for towels, we returned to our room to shower only to find out there was No Hot Water! We were told that maintenance had been called and would be there in a few hours. I landed up washing my hair in cold water leaning over the tub and using one of the little plastic cups to get the water onto my hair. At age 64, this was a little uncomfortable! Next morning, still no hot water! Coffee machine wasn't working and people were joking that they could take the hot water from that machine back to their rooms to bathe in. I usually am very pleased with Best Western but not this one.
