Currently undergoing renovations (2017), the BEST WESTERN PLUS Twin Falls Hotel is five miles from Twin Falls and Shoshone Falls, and close to shopping, dining, museums, and recreational activities. The hotel has a 24-hour indoor heated pool, a free local shuttle, free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast includes waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy, pastries, and cereals.

For accommodations, families will like the two and three-bed queen rooms, the single king rooms with a sleeper sofa and the two-bed king rooms. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators.

Incompetence of Hotel Staff and Best Western Upper Management

Hotel cancelled on August 4th, our reservations that we made on June 24th, for arrival date of August 11th, because they flooded on July 23rd! Do the math, it took them 10 days to have the courtesy to call us notifying us that they had flooded and we needed to find other accommodations! We had 6 days to find another hotel in the middle of summer!!! Inexcusable for Best Western. We called BW Head Quarters and lodged a complaint a week ago. BW Head Quarters never called us back or anything!

You can do better

We stayed here on a summer driving trip and it was our worst hotel experience.
The toilet did not flush properly, there was some mold on the walls, the mattress was soft and the light by the bed for reading, didn't work. It also had the sink separated from the bathroom which I find a shame.
